DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy
Effective date: 6 May 2026. Saturday Night Millions respects copyright, trademark, and related intellectual property rights. This policy explains how rights holders can report alleged infringement, how we review claims, and how users may respond when content is removed in error.
1. Scope of Protected Content
Protected content includes but is not limited to logos, text, artwork, game assets, sound effects, code, UI components, and distinctive branded elements. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, public display, or derivative use may violate rights and platform terms.
2. Filing a Notice of Claimed Infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work is being used without authorization, submit a written notice that includes: identification of the copyrighted work, clear identification of allegedly infringing material, URL/location details, your contact details, and a statement made in good faith that use is unauthorized. Include a statement that information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
3. Review Process
After receiving a complete notice, we review available evidence and may temporarily remove or disable the disputed material while assessment is performed. We may request additional information if claims are incomplete, unclear, or unsupported. Repeated abusive or fraudulent notices may be rejected.
4. Counter-Notice Procedure
If your content was removed and you believe this was an error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. Valid counter-notices are reviewed and may result in restoration where legally permitted.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Users or submitters who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may have access suspended or terminated. We also reserve the right to restrict uploading or publishing privileges where patterns of abuse indicate high infringement risk.
6. Trademark and Brand Protection
Unauthorized use of Saturday Night Millions marks, branding, or confusingly similar identifiers is prohibited. Brand use requests for editorial, partnership, or promotional purposes must be approved in writing before publication.
7. Good-Faith Requirement
All claims and counter-claims must be made in good faith. Intentionally false statements may create legal liability. By filing, you acknowledge responsibility for the accuracy of submitted information and your authority to act.
